Some more information about the anime adaptation of Dead Dead Demon’s Dededededestruction got announced. Looking at the info from this thread - https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/165tmzg/dead_dead_demons_dededede_destruction_new_visual/ - I’m not a source reader but this sounds… not great. It’s 100 chapters and will be just two movies, the director has a very mixed list of stuff ( https://anilist.co/staff/103759/Tomoyuki-Kurokawa), the composer’s website ( https://taroumebayashi.com/) links to his… soundcloud, the studio ( https://anilist.co/studio/6737/Production-h) has done not much and nothing notable. Really weird, given I heard that the mangaka wouldn’t let punpun get adapted, so you’d assume whoever would be adapting this would be more than qualified to convince them. Well, guess I’ll just read the manga.
